THE DEFALCATIONS OF THE GOLDEN GROVE EX-OVERSEER

The secretary reported that the surety for the defalcating ex-overseer of Golden Grove and Nabaclis was responsible to the extent of $240.00. He was allowed by the Board to pay $30.00 a quarter, and had paid up to the present $50.00. He asked now that the Board allow him to pay $20.00 a quarter, and he hoped to have the whole amount paid off in two years.
The arrangement was accepted after several members had expressed the opinion that making concessions to the sureties was a bad principle.
